
My project
I was born in Italy and studied at the chef school in Stresa, one of the best culinary institutions in the country. After completing my studies, I traveled extensively to further my education, gaining experience in a variety of settings, from hotels to Michelin-starred restaurants: Sardinia (IT), Milan (IT), Saint Moritz (CH), Hamburg (GER), London (ENG), Budapest (HUN), Zurich (CH), and more.
In Vienna, I had the privilege of working with the two-Michelin-starred chef Konstantin Filippou. Following these experiences, I was ready to open my own restaurant. I managed the kitchen at Restaurant Roots, where we achieved the outstanding result of 15.5 points and 3 hats in Gault & Millau within three years of opening.
As a private chef, I specialize in a wide range of occasions: from romantic dinners and business lunches to family and Friends gatherings, small catering events, or even a fun cooking experience with me.
All you need to do is collaborate with me to create a personalized menu, then relax and enjoy the experience without any worries. Simply trust in my expertise.
I am also part of "To Dine For", where we organize events for small companies, such as Christmas parties, store openings, brand anniversaries, art gallery events, or even a special pop-up in your restaurant.
