I’m Miki Apostolo, your private chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. After managing a restaurant awarded 3 toques by Gault & Millau, I decided to work as a private chef in Vienna.
I’m passionate about private cooking because I truly value the personal connection and special relationships with my guests.
How Does It Work?
Exactly the way you want: You share your ideas with me, we agree on a menu, and I’ll bring it to life for you – customized and tailor-made.
All-Inclusive Service
Once we’ve finalized the menu, you can sit back and relax – I’ll take care of the rest. From sourcing the finest ingredients to the final touches, I’ll bring everything straight to your kitchen. All you need to provide is your dishes – I’ll handle the rest. Of course, service is included: I’ll personally serve the dishes so you can fully focus on your guests.

My cooking style focuses on the quality of ingredients: the flavors should be clear, simple, and authentic. I put great emphasis on using local products and sustainability, inspired by my Italian roots. I especially love preparing homemade pasta or risotto – always fresh and full of passion.
