My project
I was born in Italy, I studied at chefs school in Stresa, one of the best schools in the county, then I travelled as much as possible to learn, from hotels to Michelin star restaurants: Sardinia (IT), Milan (IT), Saint Moritz (CH), Hamburg (GER), London (ENG), Budapest (HUN), Zurich (CH)...
In Vienna I got the pleasure to be part of the team of 2 michelin star Chef Konstantin Filippou, after these experiences I was ready to open my restaurant: I managed the kitchen of Restaurant Roots, where we reached the great result of 15.5 points and 3 hats Gault & Millau within three years of opening.
I am a private chef suitable for every occasion: a catering, a romantic dinner, a business lunch, a buffet or just for having fun cooking together with me...
All you need to do is to agree with me on a personalized menu then ensure that you and your guests are in complete relaxation and comfort, without any worries! Simply trust my expertise. I am also part of "To Dine For" where we plan events for small companies, openings, anniversaries of shops, brands, art galleries... or a special pop up in your restaurant.
